Registration/Payment

Players are asked to register in the division they will be playing in the upcoming minor hockey season.

a) Enclose a 25% non-refundable deposit and the remainder of your registration is due on the first day
of camp. Please send check or money order made payable to Shoot For Excellence (no cash in mail
please).  Confirmation cannot be completed until deposit is received.

b) You will be notified by phone or mail with a detailed schedule of events for your camp.


c) Please contact Rob French at the telephone number listed if you have any questions.

d) Players will be required to sign an official release on first day of camp.
